This is my budget sheet, this accounts for the hardware and the soft ware. Also there is money left over. I created this pc for creating games but also for playing game, as the games that are being created would have to be tested on these machines.

I created these computers for the crew who are going to work on the game, the staff would consist of Programmer, Artist, Asset Artist and Level Designer.
Programmer: This person would create the games code, he would be responsible for creating the base of the game that the other people would then build on top of, The programmer would create the mechanics of the game of which the other staff would also build on.
Level Designer: This person would design the levels or the game. This person would use all of the others work to design good levels that incorporate the others work, from the setting and art to the mechanics and the programming.
Artist: This person would create the art/concept art for the game, he would also draw promotional art for the game for advertisement.
Asset Artist: This is the artist that would create the art that would appear in the game, this is from the backgrounds to the in game items.
